Training
We have teamed up with Emma Campbell, running coach and personal trainer, to help you with your training for the SheRACES Trail Series 2026.

Emma has kindly created a Beginner's 50km training plan for you to follow, which runs for 12 weeks from Monday 13th April until the event in July.
​
She has also provided a detailed training guide, which explains the plan in more detail. She has packed this with advice on recovery, mindset, fuelling and nutrition, hydration, kit and strength training, which everyone can benefit from, whatever distance you're taking on.
