Kit List

You don't need much to take part in the SheRACES Trail Series – we want to keep it as accessible as possible. Here is our mandatory kit list for your safety, with some additions that are only relevant in hot weather conditions (if this is triggered it will be communicated in advance), and some suggested, optional kit that you may want to consider if you have it available.

Mandatory Kit (all distances)

  • Full water bottle (or hydration bladder) with a minimum capacity of 500ml

  • Fully charged mobile phone with the event emergency telephone numbers saved (these will be sent out with the final race instructions)

  • Collapsible cup for additional drinks at the aid stations (squash, cola, etc) – we are aiming to be cup-free on route. We will be selling our own cups before and at the event too

Mandatory Kit – Extreme Weather Additions

In the event of very hot temperatures forecast for event day we may require the following to be carried in addition to the above. We will inform you via email by the day before the event, however you may wish to have these items available just in case.

  • Sun hat/cap
