A woman's place is on the start line
The SheRACES Trail Series is a trail running event with no cut-offs, creating an inclusive, supportive, safe and fun environment for women.
The SheRACES Trail Series 2026 will be held in the wonderful, rolling Surrey Hills, with easy access from London and the south of England. The event is being delivered by Phoenix Running, who run incredible, inclusive and fun races across the country.
This event will be raising money for the work that SheRACES does, driving change globally to see more women on the start line, having a fair experience and seeing our competition valued. You can see more about What We Do on the SheRACES website.
We will also be supporting women to take part who might not otherwise be able to, as we believe that all women deserve the experience the empowering feeling of crossing a finish line. As a non-profit organisation running a non-profit event, we are grateful for everyone who can support us by entering the races, fundraising for us or making optional donations.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Three course options for 2026; approximately 10km, 25km and 50km on sociable trails

No on-course cut-off times. As long as you're moving forward, we'll support you to reach the finish

ABOUT THE EVENT
We ran a successful event in 2025 in the Peak District, in partnership with Ourea Events, who we are incredibly grateful to for their hard work and expertise in planning and putting on the inaugural set of races – we couldn't have brought this vision to life without them.
We only have the capacity at the moment to offer one venue, but we plan on being back in the Peak District, as well as other locations, in the coming years.
This year, the SheRACES Trail Series will be organised directly by SheRACES, and delivered by the team at Phoenix Running, raising funds to support the SheRACES' key mission to support more women on start lines and to ensure a fair racing experience for everyone, from elites through to back of the pack.
